Ben is an innovator and has built an incredible sales process here at Big Red Jelly. He sets lofty sales goals that inspire everyone to work harder and smarter. If he could have dinner with any 3 people dead or alive, he would take Montezuma, Moses, and JFK to Golden Corral. What drives your work?

I love creating things, putting in the work to create something that drives results in any form is what keeps me motivated. My position also allows me to make meaningful connections between businesses and different professionals. This really drives me at Big Red Jelly to build a strong community of amazing resources where people can find a great solution to their problems. Being the one to make that introduction and seeing the impact it has really drives me.

What’s next in the world of digital marketing and sales?

The world of sales is in for a HUGE change. I think within the next 5 years the sales world will be completely different. Cold calls/emails and outbound sales efforts will be a thing of the past that people will think is from the stone age. As digital marketing becomes more mainstream and more precise sales will turn from lead gathering/nuturing to only lead conversion. The idea of Smarketing (sales+marketing) will start to take control of the sales world where marketing is now in charge of gathering and educting leads and sales is exclusivly responsible for lead conversion/onboarding. Outbound sales will be dead.
