What drives your work?
I am motivated in my work by seeing a vision come to life. I enjoy working with so many businesses. For many business owners, their business is their baby. I have so much fun brainstorming with a client about how we can make the website they’ve been envisioning come to life and new functionalities and tools that will help it make their life easier. I feel so satisfied when we create something beautiful that the client loves!
What’s next in the world of web building?
I think online platforms will continue to become more community oriented. As new laws and policies change how digital platforms track their user, Instagram gives you the option to stop tracking likes and have smaller more personalized accounts, and as more people continue to work from home, digital platforms will become more oriented to human connection and community instead of numbers of likes, comments, views, data tracking etc. I love how Big Red Jelly mirrors this with our value to combine digital tools with human creativity.
