MK is from a town just outside of Washington, DC and moved to Utah in 2014. She grew up playing field hockey, basketball, baseball, and can throw a football further than most boys she knows. As the leader of team culture, client happiness and onboarding, MK is often the first smiling face you see when you walk into our office. Her current obsession, other than playing pickleball with her husband, is helping the Big Red Jelly team to simply have fun at work every day. Her optimism and passion for digital marketing shines each day as she collaborates with each member of the team on projects.

What drives your work?
I am motivated and driven by my coworkers. Each of them sets a unique and powerful example for me and I am grateful that I get to learn new things from them every day. As the office manager and director of team culture, I strive to bring a positive attitude with me to work every day that helps make my coworkers happy, efficient, and motivated to produce quality work for our amazing clients.
What’s next in the world of digital marketing?
I get equally excited as I do frightened when I think of the future of digital platforms and marketing strategies. The digital tools we use today are already so powerful, so it is hard to imagine there being any more room for improvement. I am most excited to see advances in AR and VR technology. I think it will be an amazing tool for marketers to be able to produce more tangible, customized products and services for their consumers through those technological advancements.
