Business Development Specialist
Greg Prescott has been all over the country and around the world. Greg’s years have been marked by frequent moves, living in Southern California, Oregon, Utah, and Idaho. Greg served an LDS mission in Bolivia, where he developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and experiences. After returning, Greg pursued Pre-Med studies at BYU Idaho, which set the stage for his varied career.
Greg’s professional path has been as diverse as his geographical footprint with jobs in Florida, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, Oregon, Thailand, and now Utah. While in Oregon, Greg fulfilled a dream by purchasing and working on a farm. In Thailand, he took on the role of a Muay Thai instructor, sharing his passion for combat sports. Today, Greg channels his diverse experiences into his role as a Business Development Specialist at Big Red Jelly, where he thrives on building relationships and helping businesses grow.
Outside of work, Greg is a man of many talents and interests. He’s an avid combat sports enthusiast, with skills in wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. His hobbies extend to woodworking, dog training, skiing, and swimming. Greg is also the host of the podcast “150mg of Broloft.” When he’s not busy with these activities, you can find him at the gym, reading a good book, or fishing. At work, Greg is known for his dedication to his clients, his quick quips and stories, and his enthusiasm for learning the latest slang from his coworkers.

What Drives Your Work?
What drives my work is a mix of personal philosophy and some unconventional inspiration. I’m deeply influenced by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, which pushes me to keep growing and reaching new levels of fulfillment, both personally and professionally. On top of that, I draw a lot of motivation from hustler rap music, especially 50 Cent’s “Get Rich or Die Tryin’.” That album’s relentless pursuit of success really resonates with me and fuels my drive.
But at the core of it all, my focus is on providing the best possible experience for my clients. I approach every challenge with the determination to meet their needs, and I’m committed to making sure my work consistently exceeds expectations.
My Promise to You
My promise to you is that this will be the most enjoyable sales process you’ve ever experienced. I’m committed to making every step smooth, engaging, and tailored to your needs. From our first conversation to the final handshake, you can count on a process that’s not just efficient, but genuinely enjoyable.
What’s Next in the World of Business Development?
In my view, the future of business development is heading towards a significant shift, especially in how we approach cold calling. I can easily see a time when real salespeople no longer handle these tasks. Instead, we’ll rely on highly personable and optimized AI, so advanced that most people won’t even realize they’re not talking to a real person. This kind of technology could revolutionize the way we engage with potential clients, making the process more efficient and tailored than ever before.
