Based in San Diego, CA, Select German Car Service is a family-owned auto shop specializing in high-end European vehicles: Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Mini, Maserati, Volvo, and more. The owner and his brother, originally from Türkiye, built the business to deliver top-tier service with honesty and integrity, offering dealership-level expertise at better pricing.

The shop had already built a reputation for friendly, transparent, and efficient service. Their long-term goal was clear: become one of the top German-specialized auto shops in San Diego within 3–5 years. But while their reputation was strong, their marketing foundation and ads weren’t delivering the results they needed to reach that next level.

Select German Car Service had invested in advertising in the past but struggled to generate consistent, qualified leads. Despite glowing reviews on their Google Business Profile, their online presence wasn’t fully optimized, and their website’s messaging wasn’t speaking directly to the high-end audience they served.

The Solution: Tuning the Marketing Engine

Big Red Jelly began by shoring up the foundation: ensuring that when leads landed on their website or profile, they encountered a clear, compelling message. The hero section was updated from “Welcome to Select German Car Service” to “High-End Service for High-End Cars,” with a focus on integrity and expertise. We added Q&A content from their GBP to the site for SEO, implemented minor but impactful branding tweaks, and improved site functionality.

We updated the hero statement from the generic “Welcome to Select German Car Service” to the powerful and targeted “High-End Service for High-End Cars.” This instantly positioned them as a premium, trustworthy choice for high-value vehicles.

We also:

  • Developed clear, benefit-driven calls-to-action that encouraged users to book or call without hesitation.
  • Added brand language focused on integrity, expertise, and transparency — the three pillars of their business values.
  • Created alternate logo variations to support different use cases (digital, print, social media) while maintaining brand cohesion.
  • Refined service descriptions to highlight specialization in brands like Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, and Audi, which elevates perceived expertise.

The result was a sharper, more premium-feeling brand presentation that mirrored the high-end service customers experience in person.
