Bamboo Insurance, a rapidly expanding, technology-forward company, is revolutionizing the homeowner’s insurance experience. To support its growth into new markets and its expanding customer base, Bamboo needed a brand and website that accurately conveyed its core values: confidence, simplicity, and innovation.

To achieve this, Bamboo collaborated with Big Red Jelly. The partnership focused on bringing clarity, consistency, and high performance to Bamboo’s brand and digital presence. The result was the transformation of a merely functional website into a scalable growth platform, strategically built for sustained, long-term success.

The Challenge

Bamboo’s existing website, while functional, presented several key issues that hindered their growth and operations. It lacked the necessary foundation for scalability and did not effectively represent the modern, forward-thinking insurance company they aspired to be.

Bamboo Insurance’s voice is warm, clear, and human-first while remaining professional and confident. The brand balances empathy and expertise, combining the Caregiver and the Sage archetypes. This creates a voice that reassures customers, empowers agents, and builds confidence with partners.
