Understanding The Problem

Mellow Therapy, formerly known as MindVibe Therapy, approached us seeking a complete brand transformation. Their existing identity, MindVibe, didn’t fully capture their warm approach to therapy, and they felt it limited their reach to a wider audience. They desired a fresh look and feel that resonated with a more diverse range of potential clients, while still reflecting their core values of comfort, understanding, and effective treatment.

Their Issues:

1

Limited brand recognition

Their name and visual identity didn't effectively convey their unique value proposition or stand out in the competitive Los Angeles therapy market.
2

Website limitations

Their website was outdated and lacked the user-friendliness and functionality required to attract and engage potential clients.
3

Audience disconnect

Their branding resonated primarily with a specific demographic, and they aimed to expand their reach to a broader spectrum of individuals seeking mental health support.

Powerful Solutions Driven by Strategy

Big Red Jelly partnered with Mellow Therapy to create a comprehensive brand refresh.

The Brand

Brand Strategy and Naming

We conducted extensive research and analysis to understand their target audience, market landscape, and unique value proposition. Based on these insights, we developed a new brand name, “Mellow Therapy,” that resonated with their warm, approachable approach to mental health and effectively differentiated them from the competition.

The image features the word MELLOW in bold, dark blue, uppercase letters on a white background.
Green horizontal bars of varying lengths cross a white background. Three of the bars have an M at their left end in different colors: white, orange, and navy blue.
Text MELLOW is shown in different font sizes, weights, and opacities. At the bottom, the phrase modern display appears in a light, sans-serif font. The image has a white background.
Three rows of colored circles, each with a bold letter M inside, extend to the right with thick green bars; circles are black, light blue, and orange, and positioned at different heights.

The Website

Website Redesign

We conceptualized and designed a user-friendly and visually appealing website that reflected their new brand identity and key messaging. The website showcased their services, team, and expertise in a clear and engaging way. We also ensured the website was optimized for search engines and mobile devices to improve visibility and accessibility for potential clients.

The Content

Content Creation

We developed engaging website content and marketing materials that aligned with their brand voice and resonated with their target audience. This included crafting compelling service descriptions, therapist profiles, blog posts, and social media content that highlighted their unique offerings and expertise.

By meticulously rebranding Mellow Therapy and developing a user-centric website, we empowered them to achieve their goals of attracting a wider audience, fostering patient engagement, and establishing themselves as a leading therapy practice in Los Angeles.
