This is first, longer session together, it’s all about building the relationship so we can build a successful website together.

Here at Big Red Jelly, we believe in proactive and collaborative communication. We have worked hard to streamline our communication process and cadence. We have regularly scheduled video call sessions with you and team, you will receive preview emails and walkthrough video recordings, as well as detailed follow-up emails, website project updates and roadmap summaries. The build discovery session is the officially kickoff and on-boarding of this process. Your dedicated website team will walk through all of these processes with you thoroughly during that session.

The session itself will be at least an hour. This will give our website team enough time to ask all of their questions, review your answers to our website questionnaire and prepare your client website blueprint and roadmap. We can do discovery sessions in-office too! Most of the time however, it is a combined video call session that we schedule during a time that works for you and your team. We have a detailed agenda to go through, leading to an efficient conversation and clarity on how we will build your new website going forward.
