I grew up in Orem, Utah and spent my summers camping in the mountains. I consider the High Uintah mountains my home away from home. I like exploring the mountains and search for places where it feels like no one else has been before and see views that no one else has seen. I look for any reason to get out into the mountains whether it’s camping, fishing, hunting, or hiking.

I’m a family man, married for 10 years with 3 wonderful kids. The only thing better than being lost in the mountains is sharing the experience with my family. I love watching my children experience life as much if not more than experiencing it myself.

What Drives Your Work?

I’m a value driven person. I value time, relationships, accountability, and integrity. I strive to uphold my values in all my workplace interactions including those with clients. I’m passionate about being successful and am constantly looking to build upon that success. My values extend beyond my direct interactions to the interactions of those I work with, for example, I will do everything in my power to improve the relationship that my clients have with their customers. I believe the cardinal sin of any person or business is to do something that negatively impacts somebody else’s relationship.

What’s Next? More companies are understanding that growth comes from understanding your customers or clients needs. Everything from branding to sales if shifting to hear what the market is needing and speaking to those needs. Price and details are becoming less relevant in a world where we consume based on connection to communities and societal contribution. The most successful growth is going to come from creating emotional connections with customers by understanding their needs and providing answers to those needs.
