Meet Parkway Construction & Architecture

Parkway Construction is a company built largely on processes that help them excel in the construction and design industries. Because of their integrated divisions they’re able to design and build much faster and at a higher quality than many competitors. Last year they had revenues of about $550 million, and they have set high goals for themselves in the near future. They have a high regard for their partners (their term for clients)––so much so that internally their teams are actually known as a part of that company (i.e. the Chuck-E-Cheese team that oversees all the construction of those buildings). They are behind some truly iconic buildings, such as Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints’ temples, Raising Cane’s, and Cinemark.

Understanding the Challenge

Parkway Construction came to Big Red Jelly knowing they brought some fantastic qualifiers to the table–– a willingness to innovate, and a commitment to quality building. Their hope was to improve their website content in order to emphasize their goals in customer satisfaction. They also wanted to highlight some of their best work in order to continue their future growth. Their vision went farther. They were just missing a few things to start:

Part 01 | Brand

Brand Identity

The Big Red Jelly team focused mainly on creating a cohesive brand identity that aligned with Parkway’s goals. They wanted to resonate with their target audiences by having a brand that resonated with their future partners. Our strategists conducted comprehensive market research to understand what would be most advantageous for Parkway–– both for their customers’ perceptions, and for competitive positioning. The team also wanted Parkway Construction to feel that they were accurately represented; they spent a lot of time discussing their goals in working with the Big Red Jelly strategists.

Part 02 | Build

Site Work

The Big Red Jelly team helped Parkway with their site using several of Parkway’s strengths, as well as other methods that have proven helpful:

  • Highlight successful, innovative projects
  • Using images, videos, and other media throughout
  • Having “wow factor” details as well as functional ones
  • Integrating and optimizing the brand throughout the pages
    • Maintaining color schemes, fonts, and brand identity throughout
  • Emphasizing real-world applications

Most important in this process was using Parkway’s brand to highlight their strengths in customer satisfaction and collaborative effort.

Part 03 | Case Studies

A Deeper Look at Parkway Case Studies

One of Parkway’s biggest priorities was showcasing work they had already done. They wanted their expertise in high-quality construction services in both residential and commercial projects to be represented. Highlighting these on Parkway Construction’s new website creates a fantastic way for their future clients to see their work and decide if it is for them. Our work was to help showcase it in a satisfying, marketable way. We included key sections of completed projects, client testimonials, and a detailed breakdown of services offered. On top of all that was included in the case studies, Big Red Jelly worked to keep the interface easy-to-navigate. It also will be easy for Parkway to continually update their site as new testimonials about their work pour in!

Pulling It Together

As we continually work with Parkway Construction, our goal at Big Red Jelly is to help their Brand to continuously grow and develop. Using expert marketing strategies and combining vision and action, we have been able to help Parkway to strategize where they will go from here. They will be able to achieve their goals of appealing to both higher value partners and smaller-sized projects. Their case studies, on-brand site copywriting, and new brochures have given them a good launch in the growth of Parkway Construction.
