BugMaster is a long-standing, family-owned service business based in Canada, specializing in pest control, insulation, cleanup, and related home services. With decades of experience and a strong local reputation, the business had already built a loyal customer base and a database of over 3,000 contacts.

Despite this strong foundation, BugMaster had experienced a difficult year and lacked a clear, scalable marketing strategy to generate consistent new business.
