On Friday, March 29, Big Red Jelly held our first Jelly Roll meeting, a new standup created to boost our team’s morale and productivity on a monthly basis. Jelly Roll allows us to evaluate our monthly progress, shout out team members, and celebrate the successes we recognize in each other.

This Month in Brand, Build, and Grow
Our Brand, Build, and Grow teams saw some noteworthy successes over the past month – along with our sales team. We gained several new team members, including Justin (Business Development), Anna (Brand), and Tabea (Brand). Several team members exceeded their monthly and quarterly goals, and together we reviewed some excellent projects completed this month.

The Kiln Event
On Thursday, March 13, we held our quarterly Small Business Success Series. This event provides a regular opportunity for small businesses to network and learn how to scale their business. Zach Webber and Lexi Elswood of Big Red Jelly addressed us this quarter. We were also lucky to have Stefan Grant from Upward Engine join us to speak on SEO best practices. Those in attendance learned about website improvements, SEO, and developing marketing momentum.
Our next Small Business Success Series is scheduled for Thursday, May 15. It will be held at the Kiln in Provo, the event’s regular location.
