The Cosmic Captains | Utah Valley BusinessQ’s 40 Under 40
Since 2006, Utah Valley BusinessQ Magazine has annually named 40 of Utah Valley’s professionals under 40 years old who are making waves and taking names.
We’re honored to announce that our Co-founder and CEO, Josh Webber, has been named to this year’s 40 Under 40 space crew, sponsored by Mayer Brown.
This issue spotlights entrepreneurs who put the ‘AI’ in aliens, and event planners who put the ‘extra’ in extraterrestrial.
The Utah Valley BusinessQ 40 Under 40 award is a great honor, and Big Red Jelly leadership being highlighted truly shows the impact our agency is having in Utah’s business scene and beyond.
“Big shoutout to the Big Red Jelly team… you guys and gals are the reason I keep grinding and get out of bed early in the morning, day after day, for 8 years now running this great company,” said Josh. “I look forward to taking our brand purpose to new heights: inspiring creativity and growth.”

A Letter from Utah Valley BusinessQ’s Founding Editor, Jeanette Bennett:
It’s time to launch our 2025 edition of BusinessQ’s 40 Under 40, and this year’s list is out of this world.
You’ll meet founders, real estate executives, nonprofit leaders, up-and-comers, and mid-career CEOs who are “this close” to their 40th birthday.
This year’s theme took us to the Christa McAuliffe Space Center in Pleasant Grove. This curly haired, dynamic namesake became etched in my mind as a sixth-grader watching her journey leading up to the Challenger mission as the NASA Teacher in Space Project. Dreams shattered 1 minute and 13 seconds after launch, and my sixth-grade classroom in Idaho Falls was silent. But the lesson was loud in my mind as I never forgot this woman with a dream and ambition to match.
I’m fascinated by career timelines and illogical goals that capture the attention of those watching. Which is why I’m so proud of this edition of the magazine prepared by my staff with nominees selected by our Editorial Board — comprised of dreamers who’ve reached the stratosphere of their careers by building Utah and wanting more businesses orbiting toward profitability.
Lastly, here’s one more number for you to consider: 1.
Utah — and Utah Valley in particular — are consistently rated as the No. 1 place to do business in the nation. And that’s a number worth writing and reading about.
