Paid traffic means nothing if it does not turn into customers. Our digital advertising services run on Google Ads and Meta, and we report on which ads produced leads and revenue rather than clicks alone.

Advertising should create customers, not just clicks
Did you know?
- Clicks and impressions are leading indicators. They are not the finish line.
- If an ad gets traffic and nobody calls or buys, that spend did not do its job.
- Use the form to start a plan scoped around leads and revenue, not a report that stops at click-through rate.
Where we run ads
We manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta. If you are not sure which one fits first, that is what the free growth strategy is for. With a smaller budget, we will often recommend starting on one platform and doing it well before spreading out.
Google Ads
Search ads put you in front of people who are already looking for what you sell. We build the account around leads, calls or sales, then keep the budget on the terms and ads that produce customers.
Meta
Facebook and Instagram ads reach people who look like your best customers, including people who have not searched yet. Creative, audiences and budgets stay tied to what actually closes.
Retargeting
Retargeting brings back visitors who came close but did not convert. We run that work inside your Google Ads and Meta accounts so it supports the campaigns already bringing people in.
What’s included in our digital advertising services
This is the paid-media chapter of Grow: the campaigns that bring in demand the rest of the system can convert. The first four items have their own pages if you want the details.
Google Ads and PPC
We build and manage search campaigns so you show up when someone is already looking for what you sell. That includes account structure, keywords, ads and bidding aimed at leads and sales, not clicks for their own sake. This is the core of our paid search work.
Meta Ads
We run campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to reach people who match the customers who already buy from you, even before they search. Targeting, creative and budgets stay tied to the leads and sales that come back through your CRM.
Retargeting & Display
We bring back visitors who came close but did not convert, using the same Google Ads and Meta accounts. Display and retargeting stay connected to your search and social campaigns, so you are not paying twice to reach the same person with no plan.
Lead Generation
Some businesses need ads aimed at a form fill, a call or a booked appointment rather than an immediate sale. We set those campaigns up with tracking that follows the lead after the click, so you can see which ads produced customers.
Account Audits
When we take over an account, we look at structure, campaign objectives and conversion tracking first. Scaling spend on a broken setup just makes the problem more expensive. You will see what we found before we change the live campaigns.
Landing Pages and Follow-Up
Ads only work if the page and the follow-up can finish the job. We can build the landing pages your campaigns send people to and connect new leads to your CRM, so the handoff does not stop at the click.
What we actually do
Advertising work should change the account and the measurement, not just the monthly report.
- Account structure: Fix campaigns built around the wrong objective, so the platform is optimizing for leads or sales rather than empty traffic.
- Targeting: Put budget in front of people who match the customers who already buy, and stop spending on segments that never convert.
- Tracking: Connect ads to your CRM and set up conversion tracking, including Conversions API where it applies, so Google and Meta can learn from closed deals rather than form fills alone.
- Creative and pages: Write and design ads that match the page they send people to. The ad and the landing page should come from one plan.
- Closed-loop optimization: Use what happened after the click (closed deal, not interested, never responded) to decide where the next dollar goes.
Our Advertising Process
1. Audit
We review your existing Google Ads and Meta accounts, or the case for starting fresh, before we recommend more spend. The usual problems are a campaign built around the wrong objective and tracking that stops at the click. You get a clear picture of where budget is going, which campaigns can produce leads and what has to be fixed before anything is scaled. This audit is the start of the work, not a sales document.
2. Opportunity map
From the audit we map the audiences, keywords and placements most likely to produce customers for your business. Search volume and audience size matter, but commercial intent matters more. We will tell you whether Google Ads, Meta or a mix is the better first move, and what we are leaving aside for later. You can see that map before we launch or rebuild anything.
3. Prioritize
We start with the highest-impact, most winnable work, not every platform at once. If the budget cannot support two channels well, we will put it into one and do that well first. You will know what comes first, why it comes first and what we are intentionally not spending on yet. The goal is leads we can win soon, then a path to more volume.
4. Implement
We build or restructure the campaigns, write and design the ads, and connect conversion tracking to your CRM. That can include new landing pages, Conversions API setup and the audiences that retarget people who already visited. If you have in-house creative, we can work from what you have. Implementation stays tied to the opportunity map so the account does not turn into a collection of tests with no owner.
5. Measure
Every report leads with leads and revenue, not clicks as the finish line. Underneath that we look at cost per lead, conversion rate, which ads and audiences produced customers, and whether spend is leaking to segments that never convert. When your CRM tells us which leads closed, we send that data back to Google and Meta so the platforms learn who is actually worth finding. If a metric does not eventually connect to customers, it is context, not a goal.
6. Expand
Once we can see what is working, we put more budget behind it and cut what is not. That might mean more spend on a search campaign that is producing calls, a new Meta audience that matches your best customers, or less spend on a placement that looks busy and sells nothing. Advertising compounds when the plan stays honest about results. This is also how the work stays connected to the rest of Grow, so a click can be followed up and attributed.
How advertising fits inside Grow
Digital advertising is one chapter of Grow, our ongoing work to increase revenue. Ads add demand now. SEO and content earn demand over time. Email marketing follows up with people who found you. CRM and marketing automation keep every lead in one system so follow-up actually happens. You do not have to start with every channel at once.
Grit Adventure Tab is a good example: digital advertising brought riders to the site, a free GPS trail map captured their email, and a follow-up email featuring their gear drove several direct purchases. The ads started the sale. The connected follow-up finished it.
Results tied to revenue, not vanity clicks
In 60 days, Big Red Jelly increased Roth Blueprint’s Meta ad appointments from 60 to 345, a 475% increase, while cutting cost per appointment from about $225 to $91.
On a $25-a-day budget, BugMaster’s Google Ads campaigns generate 30 to 50 calls a month at a 6% conversion rate. Lead volume grew enough that the team asked us to scale spend back so they could keep up.
Select German Car Service got 5x the ad clicks and 2x the website sessions after Big Red Jelly cut its Google Ads budget 50%. This is a historical result.
Blue Unicorn’s net sales grew 22.51% to $74,672 in March, with an 8.03x Meta purchase ROAS.
We paired North Eastern Tree Care’s Google Ads with landing pages built around seasonal services. Monthly conversions climbed from between 9 and 15 to 32.
Taylor Andrews’ Google search ads earned a 7% click-through rate. Taylor Andrews received 128 tour request form fills since launch, including 110 from a dedicated 224-person paid search pool.
Is digital advertising right for your business?
Digital advertising works best when three things are in place.
A budget that can produce real data
We recommend at least $2,000 per month in ad spend per platform. You can start lower, but around $1,000 a platform is usually too little to show meaningful results. If your total budget is closer to $3,000, we will put it all into one platform, prove what works, then expand. Ad spend goes to Google or Meta. Our management work is separate.
Fast follow-up on new leads
Ads can deliver the lead. Your team, or your automations, still need to respond quickly.
Feedback on what closed
Telling us which leads became customers is what lets us, and the ad platforms, get smarter about who to target. Without it, everyone is optimizing blind.
If we see budget going toward a channel or audience that is not paying off, we will tell you and move it.

Frequently asked questions about our digital advertising services
Which ad platforms do you manage?
Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We no longer run LinkedIn ads. We will recommend Google Ads, Meta or both based on where your customers are and what your budget can support well.
Is there a minimum ad budget?
We recommend at least $2,000 per month in ad spend per platform. You can start lower, but around $1,000 a platform is usually too little to show meaningful results. If your total budget is closer to $3,000, we will put it all into one platform, prove what works, then expand. Ad spend goes to Google or Meta. Our management work is separate.
What is the difference between PPC and digital advertising?
PPC (pay-per-click) usually refers to search ads such as Google Ads, where you pay when someone clicks. Digital advertising is the broader category, including paid social on Meta, retargeting and display. Many businesses need search and paid social working together.
Do you build landing pages?
Yes. We can build the landing pages your campaigns send traffic to, so the ad and the page work together. We can also connect your CRM so every new lead is tracked after the click.
Can you take over our existing ad account?
Yes. We start with an audit, fixing account structure, campaign objectives and tracking first, then look at where budget is being wasted before scaling anything.
How do you know if a lead is qualified?
It is different for every business, so we define it with you: the right location, the right service, the right fit. Then we track the full funnel, not just the form fill. Once your CRM tells us which leads closed, we send that data back to Google and Meta so they find more like them.
How does advertising fit with SEO, email and CRM?
Digital advertising is one chapter of Grow, not a standalone program that replaces the others. Ads add demand now. SEO earns demand over time. Email and CRM make sure the people who click get followed up. You can start with ads or start with another chapter. The plan should connect them rather than run them as separate projects.
Where can I see pricing?
Plans and pricing live on our Grow Plans page, so pricing stays current in one place. This page focuses on how the work runs and whether it is a fit. See Grow Plans.
