Joshua leads Big Red Jelly’s design and brand strategy team and helps guide strategy across the agency. He studied marketing, started in sales, and completed multiple marketing internships while working as a graphic designer. Over time, those paths came together into brand strategy and design, where business thinking and creative execution meet.
Outside of work, Joshua is a proud father of 2 girls. He enjoys weightlifting, watching UFC, and pushing himself to get better at whatever he’s doing. He believes strong brands are built with focus, authenticity, and diligence.
