As the Director of Business Development, Ashton oversees and maintains the partner relationships that Big Red Jelly has and helps to lead the Business Development team! It is his responsibility to make sure that we have a healthy amount of leads turning into clients from all lead sources. Ashton has an uncanny ability to connect with people and takes customer service to the next level. He credits a lot of his success at BRJ to never before working with “a more willing group of people to provide support and motivation to obtain your goals.” Ashton is the life of the party in the office.
