How exciting, partway through Quarter 4, to receive the boost and reminder of our accomplishments in Quarter 3! Big Red Jelly is excited to share the challenges, accomplishments, and strengths of our team in Quarter 3 of 2025.
Challenges
Accelerated Growth
In Quarter 3 of 2025, Big Red Jelly took on the challenge of balancing workload–– keeping an accelerated amount of projects maintained and on-time. It was incredible to see the team take on this challenge, learning new responsibilities along the way.
Accomplishments of the Quarter
In Brand, Build, and Grow
The Build team accomplished 100% of their goals for the quarter, exceeding in their thought leadership, major company goals, and in their actual builds. In fact, Director of Grow Chandler Joly completed his 100th site build and kept going!
Brand Strategist Bethany Benham completed her 125th brand project. The Brand team took time to spotlight some incredible mockups they had created of different brands, showing off what new branding could look like on buildings, bottles, trucks, cards, shirts, and more.
The Grow team was able to show off their clients’ incredible growth–– the acceleration of SEO, web traffic, and leads generated was undeniable in several. The Grow team also had fewer offboarding clients than in previous quarters.
Personal Spotlights
Big Red Jelly has always had appreciation for dedicated Client Services–– especially those who truly excel in their personal growth, work ethic, and values that align with those of Big Red Jelly.
This Quarter, Big Red Jelly got to spotlight the Most Personal Growth (MPG) award to Brand Strategist Anna Thaler and the Culture Builder award to Brand Strategist Bethany Benham. Each of these women are incredible examples of the work Big Red Jelly hopes to continually accomplish, and they truly embody the values Big Red Jelly has as a company.
To the Future: Closing the Year
Looking forward, the company anticipates a strong close to the year 2025. With a brilliant and diligent team, we know we can accomplish anything! We envision strengthening our processes, realigning ourselves with our values, and having a GREAT end to the year!
