Challenge

Black Optix Tint had the craftsmanship and reputation, but their brand wasn't reflecting it. As a franchise under United Franchise Group, they needed an identity that could stand on its own and speak to a wide range of customers, from homeowners to car enthusiasts, without feeling generic. They lacked a clear point of view and a consistent voice, and were ready to become a brand people choose because of how it makes them feel.

Execution

We partnered with President Randal Moore and the United Franchise Group team to build the brand from the inside out. Through deep discovery and collaborative strategy sessions, we developed a complete brand foundation including purpose, vision, mission, core values, and a distinct brand voice rooted in clarity, warmth, and trust. Messaging and visuals were built around one central idea: a tint changes how your space feels, and how you feel.
