Shopify Website Redesign

The conversion rates were suffering for Dr. Jen because they were stuck on a subpar Shopify design template from a previous website design freelancer. The template and theme was not flexible and didn’t fulfill the needs of the growing Ecommerce company. The first phase of our work was to set up a Shopify design on a new staging platform so we could get to work on an improved design without affecting the current site and of the incoming online orders.

Improved Mobile Experience

From our research and analytics, it was very clear that the vast majority of online orders for Dr. Jen were happening on mobile device. So when we started the new Shopify design, we focused on mobile design first. After which we were able to transition into the desktop version and improve the user experience across all devices and browsers for their new Shopify website.
