Meet Saguaro IT
Brian Davis has been in IT long enough to know what small businesses actually need: a technology partner who listens first and recommends second. As the founder of Saguaro IT, based in Lebanon, NH and Medford, OR, he built his company around exactly that idea. Managed IT support, cloud migration, cybersecurity, VoIP, network infrastructure, and Mac and iOS support, all delivered by a small team that genuinely cares about the people on the other side of the ticket.
Saguaro IT works with law firms, construction companies, architects, manufacturers, nonprofits, and small businesses across New Hampshire and Oregon. What sets them apart isn’t just the breadth of services. It’s how they work. Brian’s team gets embedded into a client’s operations, learns their growth goals, and builds IT infrastructure that grows alongside the business rather than creating bottlenecks.
The problem? None of that came through in their brand. Brian came to Big Red Jelly through a referral from one of our existing clients who was so happy with his experience that he sent Brian our way. And it didn’t take long to see why a rebrand was overdue.

The Challenge: A Strong Company Hiding Behind a Weak Brand
Most IT companies look and sound exactly alike — blue palettes, stock photos of server racks, vague promises about uptime. Saguaro IT’s old brand blended right in. The messaging was vague, the visuals were generic, and the brand looked different depending on where you found it. For a company whose entire value is built on trust, that inconsistency was quietly working against them.
- Brand that blended into the competition
- Generic stock imagery with no authentic feel
- Vague messaging that didn’t speak to specific industries
- An 8-step proven process never shared publicly
- Inconsistent identity across every platform
The Solution: Building a Brand That Earns Trust Before the First Call
We came on through a referral and hit the ground running. The goal wasn’t a visual refresh. It was making it immediately clear, on any platform, who Saguaro IT is and why they’re the right choice for businesses that can’t afford IT that underdelivers. We followed the Brand, Build, Grow framework so each phase built directly on the last.
- Brand strategy, positioning, and audience research
- Full visual identity built around the Saguaro cactus icon
- Complete brand asset suite for every platform
- 10-chapter website build covering UX, content, design, and tech
- Expert content including guides and long-form articles
- GoHighLevel CRM integrated with automated workflows
Part 01: Finding the Story Only Saguaro IT Could Tell
Building a Brand Around What Makes Them Different
The brand work started with one question: what makes Saguaro IT genuinely different from every other managed IT provider? The answer was already there in the name. The saguaro cactus is built to survive and thrive where most things fail. That’s exactly what Brian’s team does for businesses in New Hampshire and Oregon. From that insight, everything else followed.
What we developed:
- Core positioning: “Rooted in Resilience” and “The IT antidote to patchwork”
- Unique value propositions tailored to each target industry
- Messaging that speaks directly to law firms, manufacturers, construction companies, and small businesses
- Full brand guide covering voice, tone, typography, color, and visual direction
Part 02: A Brand That Looks the Same Everywhere
Every Touchpoint, One Identity
Before BRJ, Saguaro IT’s materials looked different depending on where you found them. Email signatures didn’t match the website. Social profiles looked separate from print. People pick up on that kind of inconsistency instinctively, and in an industry built on trust, it costs you before you ever get on a call.
Assets created included:
- Business cards and letterhead
- Email signature templates standardized across the full team
- Social media profile skins and post templates
- Flyers and print materials
- On-brand photo and video direction for use across the site and marketing
- Presentation-ready graphics and mockups
Part 03: The Eight-Step Process That Was Always There
The Process That Closes Deals
During the build discovery call, Josh asked Brian a simple question: do you have a proven process? Brian’s first instinct was to say not really. When Josh explained what he meant, Brian remembered a PowerPoint he’d been using with clients for years. An eight-step process covering Discover, Strategize, Implement, Centralize and Align, Protect, Support, Optimize, and Partner and Scale. It had never been on the website.
Getting it onto the site changed everything. In B2B sales, showing how you work is more persuasive than telling people why you’re good.
- 8-step proven process published front and center
- Industry-specific pages for Law Firms, Construction and Engineering, Architecture and Design, Manufacturing, Non-Profits, and Small Businesses
- Client testimonials integrated throughout for social proof at every decision point
- Consultation booking flows designed to turn visitors into real conversations
Part 04: Content That Makes Prospects Come Back
Positioning Brian as the Expert He Already Is
A website that only talks about services is easy to leave. One that teaches you something keeps people reading. We built out a resource library on the Saguaro IT site with long-form articles, guides, and expert content written from Brian’s perspective, covering managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud migration, and more.
This positions Brian as a credible voice in the industry, not just another vendor trying to get a contract.
- Long-form expert articles on managed IT, security, and cloud topics
- Guides and resources useful to small business owners making IT decisions
- Blog content structured for SEO targeting relevant search terms
- A library that grows over time and compounds in search visibility
Part 05: A Website That Works Even When You’re Not
Automation That Keeps the Pipeline Moving
During the build process, Brian connected with Big Red Jelly’s CRM specialist and was introduced to GoHighLevel. He had been using a different CRM that wasn’t working well and was likely costing more than it should. After a hands-on consultation, he made the switch, and it’s now built directly into the site.
New leads don’t land in an inbox and wait. They move through automated sequences, get routed correctly, and receive timely follow-up without Brian’s team having to do it manually each time.
- Automated lead follow-up sequences for every new inquiry
- Consultation booking integrated directly into the site
- Workflow automations that save hours of manual admin each week
- Centralized pipeline management for the full client journey
Bring It All Together
Saguaro IT went through about three months of work with Big Red Jelly. Four to six weeks on brand, four to six weeks on the website and content. What came out the other side was a company that finally looks and sounds like what it already was.

A brand that earns trust on contact
The Saguaro cactus identity, “Rooted in Resilience” positioning, and consistent visual system tell a clear story the moment someone lands on the site, receives an email from the team, or picks up a business card.
A website that does real sales work
By publishing the 8-step proven process, building industry-specific pages, and adding a resource library, the site now gives prospects a reason to stay, read, and reach out. It answers their questions before they have to ask.
An operational foundation built to scale
With GoHighLevel integrated and automations running, Saguaro IT is equipped to handle more leads without adding more manual work on the back end.
The Conclusion: The Right Foundation Changes Everything
Saguaro IT didn’t need to become a different company. They needed the world to finally see the company they already were.
The managed IT market is competitive, and small businesses in New Hampshire and Oregon have options when it comes to IT support. What makes someone choose Saguaro IT? It’s the process. It’s the transparency. It’s the people-first approach and the refusal to do “black-box selling,” which is how Brian’s own team describes it on their about page. The new brand and website make all of that visible in a way the old one never could.

The Strategists
Tabea Purtschert | Brand
Tabea led the brand strategy from start to finish. She found the insight that would define Saguaro IT’s entire identity, built the positioning framework, and developed the visual system that finally gave Brian’s company a look and voice that matched the quality of his work.
Josh Webber | Build
Josh led the website build and guided Brian through a process that went well beyond putting pages together. He helped surface the 8-step proven process, shaped the content strategy, and integrated GoHighLevel so the site could serve as both a marketing tool and an operational asset from day one.
