When you first start working with Big Red Jelly, you will receive a website on-boarding email that includes a welcome video, website questionnaire and schedule link to book your discovery session with our website team.
In preparation for the website discovery session, our team will share notes, talk to your account management, align resources and review your answers to our website discovery questionnaire. That way we can prepare for a very efficient and effective discovery conversation, all centered around elevating your website and brand online.
