Big Red Jelly started in Provo in 2017, when a team of brothers saw how many local businesses were spending money on marketing without the brand or website to back it up. We named the company after the deep sea jellyfish, one of the most efficient creatures on the planet. Nine years and 2,500+ businesses later, we’re still in Provo, and we’re not going anywhere.

In-person meetings, the way they used to be

Most agencies stopped meeting clients face to face years ago. We didn’t. Some of our favorite days are the ones where a client walks through our door, grabs a seat at the table, and we sketch out their brand on a whiteboard together. Video calls work great, and we do plenty of them. But there’s something about being in the same room that makes the work better, and our clients feel it too.

If you’re in Provo, Orem, Lehi, or anywhere along the Wasatch Front, we’ll meet you here. Salt Lake City clients make the 45-minute drive down I-15 for kickoffs and big milestones, and sometimes we drive up to them.

There are about 20 of us in the office every day: strategists, designers, developers, SEO specialists, ad managers, and writers. Nobody on your account is a stranger in a time zone you’ve never visited. When your designer has a question for your SEO specialist, they walk 30 feet and ask. That’s a big reason things move fast here.

There’s nothing wrong with a remote, global agency model. It’s just not us. We like the energy of a full office, and it shows up in the work.
